Ms. Cathy Fisher, founder and President of Quistem, LLC., visited the Mechanical Engineering Department IT-NU. She has close to 40 years of respected expertise in the automotive industry, Cathy works with global automotive OEMs; General Motors and BMW, major Tier 1-n suppliers as well as emerging technology start-ups, helping these organizations transform their management systems.
She had a very interactive discussion about the Future of Quality control and Management in the global manufacturing sector with the students and faculty members of the department.
Ms. Cathy also discussed higher education systems, policies, and institutions in light of the globalization with Dr Anup Singh, Director General of Nirma University.
