Nirma University and Adani Solar have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focused on training and development on 29th May 2024. Under this MoU, Nirma University will provide specialized training to the Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) of Adani Solar. This collaboration aims to enhance the technical and professional skills of the GETs, equipping them with the advanced knowledge and practical expertise required in the solar energy sector. The partnership signifies a strong industry-academia linkage, fostering a bridge between theoretical learning and real-world application. By leveraging Nirma University’s academic resources and Adani Solar’s industry experience, the initiative is expected to produce well-rounded professionals who can contribute effectively to the renewable energy industry. The MoU was signed by Mr Anil Dixit, Head HR at Adani Solar and Dr R N Patel, Director, School of Engineering, Nirma University. This MoU not only benefits the trainees but also strengthens the relationship between the two institutions, promoting innovation and excellence in the field of solar energy.
