QUIZO-2024, a technical quiz competition, was organized by the ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers) Western India Chapter on April 20, 2024. Student teams from various engineering institutes, such as Nirma University, CEPT, IITRAM, SOCET, ASOIT, etc., participated in this competition. The event is designed to help engineering students gain knowledge of the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) & R (Refrigeration) fields. The team from Nirma University, Nachiket Gaudana (21BME027), Jitendra Ganeri (21BME026), and Aryan Gandhi (21BME024) secured the 1st runner-up position and won cash prize of ₹15000 in the QUIZO-2024, under the mentorship of Dr. Balkrushna A. Shah, SBA, Nirma University ASHRAE Student Branch.
